We cannot accept international credit cards because we are unable to validate pertinent information on the credit card to the cardholder. For the security of our international customers as well as for our own security, we do not accept any non US-issued credit cards. Colors:
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate.
Guarantee:
In the event that you receive a damage item(s) we will replace for the same item, please call us witting five (5) days of receipt of goods. We will not accept returns for items that you don't like. All Sales are final.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by KIDS ADVENTURE, INC. depending on availability, payment arrangements and delivery conditions. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All stock orders received after 12pm will be shipped next working day.

Shipping and Handling Charges
A $10.00 handling fee will apply to all orders.
*Starting September 01, 2023. We will charge $25.00 minimum on any orders that is only one piece. (One piece order is available for customers with valid account)
Rush Orders / Droop ship:
Starting January 01, 2024, we will charge $35.00 for any droop ship, or rush order that involves making or ship merchandise out of our regular time.
Order Cancellation
There is a 15% restocking charge on all orders cancelled after confirmation. However, orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once in production. Cancellation is subject to KIDS ADVENTURE, Inc.’s approval.

Claims for defective merchandise or wrong shipments must be
filed within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise.
